Ali brings formal training, certification, and hands on field experience inspecting a wide range of houses, townhomes, and condominiums across the Lower Mainland. He follows HIABC Standards of Practice and is licensed through Consumer Protection BC as a residential home inspector.
With strong attention to detail and a solid understanding of residential building systems, Ali focuses on making complex issues easy to understand. You will know not just what was found, but why it matters, the likely implications, and when it should be addressed.
During the inspection you are encouraged to attend, walk along, and ask questions. After the visit, Ali remains available by phone or email if you need clarification while reviewing your inspection report.

Anhar Home Inspections is a member of HIABC (Home Inspectors Association BC) and is fully licensed through Consumer Protection BC. The business carries Errors and Omissions insurance as well as Commercial General Liability coverage for your protection.
