How the inspection process works

1) Book

3) On-site Inspection

The inspector examines the exterior, roof, structure, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning), along with other visible and safely accessible components.

4) Walk-Through

Where possible, we provide an on-site review of key findings, safety observations, and maintenance priorities so you understand the overall condition of the home before you receive the written report.

5) Report Delivery

A plain-English, photo-rich report is typically delivered within 24 hours for condos and smaller homes. It includes clear implications, safety notes, and prioritized timelines to help you plan repairs, upgrades, or negotiations with confidence.
